DV cleared Security Assurance Coordinator - Corsham

Our defence sector client is recruiting for a DV cleared Security Assurance Coordinator for a 12 month contract based at Corsham, Wiltshire.

• Production of plus regular update and maintenance of Information Security Plan.
• Provision of security advice and guidance (as the final filter) to the formal review of project documents.
• Maintenance of the Project Security Aspects Letter to include updates for the PQQ, ITT and contract award processes plus additional updates on an as required basis.
• Production, refinement and testing of Security Requirements in conjunction with DD, DIO, Stratcom and wider MOD staff.  Determination of the implications and impact of these requirements, translating them into a list of related actions, risks and issues.
• Testing and validation of proposed (contractor) solutions from a security perspective - to include marking (from a security perspective) of ITT submissions.
• Producing Project Security Risk Balance Cases - researching and production followed by submission and monitoring progression and final decision from the Risk Owner.  Maintaining a register to record such information.
• Conducting regular liaison with Project Accreditor throughout life cycle of the Project - in particular, engaging with him to ensure gradual and timely completion of the Accreditation Evidence Statement by the due date (TBC).
• Provision of project-specific advice (to include, if required, site visits) and monitoring progress made against site security uplifts. 
• Providing bespoke and specific technical security advice to tech refresh programmes.
