An expert, DV cleared, CRM (Common Reference Mission) Writer is required to produce timeless and threat agnostic products that are able to articulate how a system will be used. This is a contract role initially until the end of July 2025.
KEY TASKS
- Co-ordinate with GCAP partners for tri-lateral alignment/agreement of CRM (Common
- Reference Missions), TV (Tactical Vignettes) and UC (Use Cases).
- Lead FCAS (UK Sovereign) CRM creations in partnership with Air Cap FD.
- Coordinate CRM with IDA/FDA and other MDI Programmes (e.g FADS and Land GBAD).
- Support FCAS/GCAP OA with CRM
EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
- Combat Air operational experience across Air, Maritime and Land domains
- Experience in creating CONEMP (Concept of Employment) and CRMs
- Experience in Requirements and Capability Acquisition
- At least 6 months recent exposure to FCAS/GCAP Requirements Management.
- Ability to lead an international team of operators/engineers
- Exposure to 4th and 5th Gen Tactics across multiple mission sets (must have F-35 experience)
- Current DV
- Must be willing to travel internationally at least 4 times a year up-to 2 weeks at a time.
DESIRABLE
- Qualified Weapon Instructor (QWI) / Test Pilot (TP) / T&E (Test and Evaluation)
