FAQs About Working with Evodia

Who is Evodia?

Evodia is a trusted talent partner for the Aerospace, Defence, Security, and Space sectors. We specialise in connecting skilled professionals with contract and permanent roles requiring security clearance and niche technical expertise.

What roles do you typically recruit for?

We place professionals across project delivery, cyber security, intelligence, engineering, digital, and technology functions — often in positions requiring active UK Security Clearance.

Do I need to have existing security clearance to apply?

Not always. Some roles require current clearance, while others allow for sponsorship if you’re eligible. We’ll advise based on your individual case.

How quickly can I start work after securing a role?

This depends on the role’s clearance level and onboarding requirements. We work closely with our clients to move things along swiftly while ensuring full compliance.

Do you support IR35 queries?

Yes — we guide both contractors and clients through IR35 legislation and help determine the correct status using up-to-date frameworks and compliance tools.

🛂 Right to Work and ID Requirements

Before we can submit you for any role, we must verify your identity and right to work in the UK. To comply with government legislation and client requirements, you’ll need to provide:

  • A valid UK passport or visa
  • Proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement)
