Strategic Workforce Planner - SC Cleared

Remote role with occasional onsite work in the North of the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
  • Analyse current workforce data, trends, and demographics to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand workforce requirements and to identify key talent needs.
  • Forecast future workforce needs based on business plans, industry trends, and economic conditions.
  • Design succession plans, talent pipelines, and talent acquisition strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Utilise workforce planning tools and analytics to provide insights and support decision making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Facilitate workforce planning meetings and workshops to engage leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on workforce planning activities and outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and innovations in workforce planning.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience delivering integrated Strategic Workforce Planning 

 

  • Skills in workforce data analysis, forecasting, dashboards and performance tracking 
  • Knowledge of the nuclear skills sector and its workforce challenges. 
  • Proven ability to work with external stakeholders to develop future skills strategies. 
  • Track record of leading capability initiatives across complex programmes 
  • Familiar with change and culture programmes in highly regulated environments.
