OVERVIEW

Defence Sector client are seeking an individual with experience in merger territory, working directly to the Defence Sector HR Lead, to build a strategy that enables a the Group HR organisation for the future – in particular there is a need to integrate approaches across the HR community, align services and build a more service focused mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Scope / Tasks

  • Seeking an individual who can support in building the right synergies around system, process and procedures, policies and applications of freedoms which will be significant given the volume of changes that require management.
  • Development of an integrated people strategy, integration of plans and approaches to how the organisation is presented externally.

  • Process and procedure development (preferably within MOD or similar environments).
