Project Lead - S&I Hub

OVERVIEW

 

Project manager/Data Engineer to lead and deliver the future Data and Digital solution at the Clients Base.

 

Review the current Data and Digital landscape and develop the future requirements.

 

Propose a solution for a Digital Base with a Common Data Environment that gives the Authority a robust assurance functionality and the ability to integrate data with initial deliverability pre 2028.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Scope / Tasks

 

  • Accountable for establishing, leading and managing high performing multi-disciplinary teams and setting project, change programme, or OBI direction across all Functions to deliver agreed outcomes
  • Deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Support an open, honest, no blame culture.
  • Accountable for the delivery of their projects and supporting project documentation and requirements.
  • Responsible for embedding and adhering to all governance and policy to enable the required compliance.
  • Agree with the Customer: the objective, requirements and means of acceptance.
  • Drive the timely establishment of contracts with Commercial Officers to enable the required contractual contribution from industry.
  • Responsible for meeting budgets.
  • Accountable for ensuring that the wider financial (and resource) profiles are adhered to.
  • Lead the construction of the Performance Measurement Baseline.
  • Champion career management and proactively support the wider development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience of leading and managing a project management team
  • APM PMQ/MSP/Prince 2 or similar desirable
    • (APM Project Management Qualification; Managing Successful programmes Foundation; Managing Successful programmes Practitioner; Projects IN Controlled Environments 2 Foundation; Projects IN Controlled Environments 2 Practitioner)
  • Relevant Post-Graduate qualification desirable
