Project Lead - Campaign

OVERVIEW

 

Joining the Team to provide advertising and attraction expertise aligned with industry best practices and specialist head-hunter insights.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Scope / Tasks

  • Design and deliver adverts to include small and extended adverts along with and in depth candidate pack for each role advertised. 
  • Required to find the best routes to attract a variety of skills demands 
  • Having attracted candidates provide advice on industry leading methods to screen and assess candidates against those skills and deliver a sifted candidate list 
  • Advise and deliver next stage candidate assessments/interviews alongside the MOD to select a candidate to be offered a role 
  • Coordinate interview process 
  • Bringing diverse perspectives on industry best practices in attraction and advertising. 
  • Offering industry best practices and insights at a programmatic level, focusing on industry onboarding processes. 
  • Challenge assumptions by bringing external insight and ask some of the more obvious but culturally unpalatable questions. 
  • Considering the broader impacts on all aspects of the Defence People Function.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Significant Experience of leading and managing a project management team
  • APM PMQ/MSP/Prince 2 or similar desirable
    • (APM Project Management Qualification; Managing Successful programmes Foundation; Managing Successful programmes Practitioner; Projects IN Controlled Environments 2 Foundation; Projects IN Controlled Environments 2 Practitioner)
    • Relevant Post-Graduate qualification desirable
