Our client, a leading organisation in the field of aerospace and communication infrastructure, is seeking a skilled Datalink Performance and Data Analyst to join their team remotely for an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension.
About the Role
This position involves supporting the analysis and interpretation of datalink performance data, focusing on communication systems like CPDLC and ADS-C. Your expertise will drive technical investigations, monitor performance trends, and support stakeholders across the industry including ANSPs, communication service providers, and manufacturers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed analysis of datalink performance using network-level data and monitoring tools
- Supporting root-cause analysis and validating corrective actions
- Facilitating coordination with diverse stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement
- Contributing to programme governance, documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing activities

The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting the analysis and interpretation of datalink performance data. You’ll be comfortable working remotely, with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset to support operational and technical excellence across projects.

- Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of two further 12-month extensions
- Day Rate: Up to £325 (ex VAT)
- IR35 Status: Outside IR35
