Competent, focussed and well managed project support is the key to the delivery of successful projects. Engaged in the provision of project support across a wide variety of fields, both within the public and private sectors, Evodia’s clients are involved in activities such as the specification and procurement of new systems, the delivery of systems, reports and other services. Our experts help with the development of system solutions to meet military staff requirements. Our involvement spans the procurement cycle, from concept exploration, through feasibility and project definition and onto full development, production and in-service support. Evodia’s consultants include experienced project support staff, some of whom are former service officers, and technical specialists who have previously taken part in major defence and civil contracts. Others have supported major projects in the private sector, including PFI/PPP projects. Evodia offers a tailored project support service for many different types of project and has supplied and managed Project Support Teams ranging in size from 1 to 25 consultants.
There are two main threads to our project support services:
- Direct assistance to the MoD through technical and management support contracts
- Sub-contract support to defence contractors
The support provided draws on most of Evodia’s skill areas – system simulation and assessment, risk management and safety management. Such assignments are won principally through competitive tendering.
